When and where does the VRB hold drop-in centers?
We hold drop-in hours every Tuesday from 12:00pm to 3pm in our office located at #200-739 Gore Avenue
Can I just show up?
Yes, you can just show up to the drop-in on Tuesdays from 12:00pm to 3pm at #200-739 Gore Avenue.
What should I do before coming to the drop-in center or appointment?
Please review the eligibility criteria listed on our general information page to make sure the program is suitable for you.
I think I am eligible, what should I bring to the drop-in center so I can complete and submit my application?
We recommend that you fill out a pre-assessment online here before coming to the drop-in to be sure that you are eligible.
Documents to Bring:
- 2 pieces of Valid ID
- Proof of Tenancy
- Last 3 months of ALL bank account and credit card statements
- Payday loan statements

Proof of income
- Recent Pay stubs, child tax benefits or ministry payments, application to EI, employment contract etc.
- Void Check or Automatic Withdrawal Slip
