Hub Services for Children and Families

The HUB Program provides direct support for families and their children living in the Grandview-Woodlands, Downtown Eastside and Strathcona neighbourhoods of Vancouver. We provide these outreach services to families in English and Chinese. Families often require extensive support regarding housing issues, health services and access to early childhood development programs. The program also works with residents and community agencies to address gaps in services for families and children, working with a number of partners to implement solutions.

Bright Family Futures (B.F.F)

B.F.F is a family friendly program for young parents ages 15-30 and their children. Family friends are also welcome. It is held every Thursday from 5:00pm-8:00pm at Ray-Cam Community Centre.

What we offer:

  • Health care from doctors and nurse practitioners
  • Life Skills Activities
  • Health and stress management workshops
  • Children’s Activities
  • Hot meals

The Hub Services for Children and Families is funded by BC Ministry of Children and Family Development
